Add our peace-of-mind support to your card printer and receive a fast-tracked service from the Javelin technical team. With this package, our aim is to respond to your enquiry within our office working hours and jump the queue so your enquiry will be solved as quickly as possible.

We pride ourselves on being able to answer any technical questions or printer assistance you may need. Better still, when you buy this package, you will also receive a printer hot swap if the machine requires that extra bit of TLC and we can’t resolve the problem remotely.

• Printer hot swap. We will send you a support printer to ensure minimal downtime and continued printing while we check your printer at HQ.
