Step 1. Unboxing your Javelin Jack printer

Getting your printer ready for set-up

• Please make sure that you have the items displayed in the video.
• Make sure you remove all cardboard packaging.
• Note: Any warranty returns must be returned in the original box.

Step 2. Ribbon loading/ top-up 

Getting your printer ready to print

• Observe the ribbon guides to insert the ribbon cartridge.
• Locate the grey take-up spool into the grey channel
• Locate the blue supply into the coloured channel.

Step 3. Card loading/ top-up

Adding your chipped or blank cards

• Open the front card door and insert cards according to the card orientation sticker inside.
• Open the top cover, and adjust the card thickness lever to your card stock thickness.
• Close the top cover.

Step 4. Downloading and updating your driver

Getting your machine connected to your PC

• You can download the latest Javelin Jack driver.
• Click to download the file and hit ‘run’.
• Follow the simple step-by-step guide on your computer to fully integrate your printer into your computer.
