1 hour remote set-up and tutorial (online)

Add our 1-hour printer set-up and tutorial package and receive a remote service from our technical team. With this package, our aim is to ensure that your printer is set up correctly, integrated with your software and answer any questions you may have. We will ensure that at the end of the 1-hour session, you have the confidence to change printer ribbons, issue cards in just a few clicks of a button, and maintain your printer correctly.

• 1-hour service (within Javelin ID working hours).

• We will be in touch to set up a video call (Max of 3 team members) at a time that is convenient for you.

• Remote video calls can be arranged on multiple platforms such as Teams, Zoom and Skype which can be recorded and saved at your request.

• You have assigned a technical response representative who will help set up your printer remotely and answer any questions you may have.
